/// The Service Network
74 businesses.
One operating system.
Every node below is a service business type with a published ERP blueprint on the Biz Dev App: the module map, the records the workspace keeps, the workflows it ships, the pricing basis, and its own brand system. Click any node to open it.
/// The layer under all of it
Every workspace is a second brain first
A contact list is where the work starts, not what it is. Put things in once and they are indexed, linked and answerable from that moment. Ask what you are owed, who went quiet, what the contract said, what is due this week. Then hand the recurring half of it to an agent and close the laptop. 23 of these are live today. The 1 still being built say so on this page.
The second brain 5
Everything you touch gets captured, indexed and recallable in plain language, so remembering stops being a job you do.
- Put it in once Forward an email, drop a folder, paste a link, upload a contact export. It lands in the workspace and it is searchable from that moment. Instead of: Typing the same client into a CRM, a spreadsheet and a phone, and still not finding them a year later.
- The index builds itself Contacts, companies, documents and conversations are embedded and linked as they arrive. You never maintain a taxonomy. Instead of: Folder trees, tag systems and naming conventions that only work while you are the one filing.
- Ask instead of search Ask what you owe, who went quiet, what that contract said. The answer comes back with the record it came from. Instead of: Twenty minutes of scrolling a thread to find the number you already agreed to.
- Decisions outlive the chat What you decided, when, and in your own words is written to the record and hash-chained. Six months later you can replay why. Instead of: Scrolling back through a chat thread hoping the reasoning is still in it.
- A briefing, not a dashboard One email that says what today needs: who to answer, what is due, what moved, what is about to go wrong. Instead of: Opening six tools to work out whether anything happened overnight.
The connectors 6
Your mail, calendar, phone, files and logged-in accounts feed the same context. Nothing has to be re-entered to count.
- Mail, calendar and drive Connect the Google account you already run your week from. Mail sends as you, meetings land on your calendar, files stay where they are. Instead of: Copying a booking from an email into a calendar into a job sheet.
- Forward it and forget it Send anything to the workspace by email and it is filed against the right person, deal or job. Instead of: An inbox used as a filing cabinet that only you know how to open.
- Your logged-in accounts, connected A browser extension bridges the accounts you are already signed into, so posting and reading happen from your own session rather than an API you do not control. Instead of: Paying a scheduler for permission to touch accounts you already own.
- Calls and texts in the same record The call, the text and the email about one job sit on one timeline instead of three devices. Instead of: A phone whose history is the only proof of what you agreed.
- An API you can point anything at A published catalog of the workspace's own endpoints, so whatever you build next can read and write the same records. Instead of: Exporting a CSV every time something outside the tool needs the data.
- Bring your own assistantbuilding Point Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client at your workspace and let it read the same context the built-in assistant reads. Instead of: Re-explaining your business to whichever chat window you happened to open.
The workforce 3
Agents that keep working when you close the laptop, on models you choose, with every step visible.
- Work that continues without you Queue a job and close the laptop. Research, enrichment, drafting and follow-up run on their own machines and report back. Instead of: Being the bottleneck on every task that is important but not hard.
- Your context is not one vendor's asset One gateway in front of frontier and local models. Change the model without moving your data. Instead of: A subscription that decides for you which model reads your business.
- You can see what the agent is doing Every run reports its step, its label and its elapsed time, and an independent watchdog raises an alarm when one goes quiet. Instead of: A spinner that means either working or dead and never tells you which.
The business 6
A CRM remembers people. This books the job, dispatches it, documents it, invoices it and settles it.
- Book it, dispatch it, prove it happened Availability, job assignment, on-site photos and a client portal that shows the customer the same record you see. Instead of: A calendar app, a group chat, a camera roll and a phone call to find out if the crew showed up.
- Get paid on the same record The quote becomes the job becomes the invoice becomes the payment, and the attribution for who brought it is written down. Instead of: Rebuilding an invoice from a job sheet and arguing about a referral split afterwards.
- Marketing that reads your own records Campaigns, posts, images and landing pages built from the customers and jobs already in the workspace. Instead of: A separate marketing tool that knows nothing about who you have already served.
- A site and a domain that stay yours Build the public site in the same workspace, attach the domain, and keep the leads it produces in the same CRM. Instead of: A website vendor who owns the analytics and hands you a contact form email.
- It arrives already knowing your industry Pick your trade and the workspace opens with that industry's records, workflows, pricing basis and numbers already configured. Instead of: Six weeks of configuring a general-purpose CRM into something that fits how you actually quote.
- Everyone who touched the deal is on the record Deal rooms with the documents, the participants and the revenue split written down before the money moves. Instead of: A handshake, a thread, and a disagreement six months later.
The other half of your week 4
The obligations that are not business are still obligations. They belong in the same index, on the same calendar, out of your head.
- Your documents get the same index The lease, the policy, the warranty, the medical form, the school letter. Indexed the same way the contracts are, and answerable the same way. Instead of: A drawer, a photos app, and remembering which one it was in.
- Nothing with a due date lives in your head Bills, renewals, filings, registrations and appointments become dated items that chase you instead of the other way round. Instead of: Remembering. Which works until the week you are busy, which is the week it costs you a late fee.
- One workspace, business and personal kept apart Personal records and business records share the index and stay separately scoped, so a client never sees your life and you never lose it either. Instead of: Two accounts, two logins, and the important thing always being in the other one.
- Hand the recurring parts to an agent The renewal that gets re-quoted every year, the statement that gets filed every month, the reminder that has to go out every quarter. Queue it once. Instead of: The forty small recurring chores nobody bills you for and everybody pays for in hours.
/// Why this one
What a CRM does not do
There are good tools for remembering people. This is not one of them, or rather it is not only one of them.
A CRM remembers your customers. This one runs the work.
The same record that holds the contact holds the booking, the crew assignment, the site photos, the invoice and the settlement. Remembering is the first step, not the product.
It opens already configured for your industry.
74 service verticals, each with its own records, workflows, pricing basis and vision-layer checks, so the first hour is running a job rather than naming custom fields.
Your personal obligations are in scope, not out of it.
The index that holds a client contract holds the lease and the policy. The calendar that holds a job holds the renewal. Time is time, and the hours you lose to admin are not divided into business and personal.
Your reasoning survives longer than the chat window.
Decisions are written to an append-only log with your own words attached and hash-chained onto XODIAK, so a year later the question is a query rather than an argument.
You choose the model. It does not choose you.
One gateway sits in front of frontier and local models, so switching costs a config line and never a migration of your context.
The site, the domain and the leads stay yours.
The public site is built in the same workspace that holds the CRM, so the form does not email a lead to a vendor's dashboard first.
/// One person, whole week
It is not only about the business
Most of what eats an operator's day is not the trade. It is remembering that the insurance renews Thursday, finding the warranty for the thing that broke, filing the form before the late fee, and carrying forty small obligations that never appear on an invoice.
Those go in the same index as the client contracts and onto the same calendar as the jobs. Once something has a date and a record, you stop holding it. What comes back is hours, and hours are the only thing here that is genuinely scarce. Spend them on the business, on automating the business, or on not working. That last one is the point.
/// Every vertical
The full index
Grouped by what the work has in common operationally, not by what it looks like from the outside.
Home Services
Recurring visits to the same address. The business is won on route density and kept on trust at the door.
Maintenance & Repair
Diagnosis before labor. Margin lives in the truck stock and in how fast a first visit becomes a closed job.
Outdoor & Grounds
Weather and season set the calendar. Crews move in routes, and the asset being maintained is alive.
Pet & Animal
The customer is not the patient. Every record is medical-adjacent and every visit is emotional.
Personal & Wellness
The practitioner is the inventory. Packages, retention, and calendar utilization decide the year.
Events & Creative
One date, no second chance. Deposits, timelines, and deliverables carry the whole relationship.
Logistics & Moving
Volume, distance, and time. Every dispute is settled by what was documented before the truck left.
Property & Real Estate
The buyer is an owner, a manager, or an agent. The deliverable is a documented condition of an asset.
Vehicle, Marine & Air
High-value machines, gated locations, and owners who pay for care rather than for cleaning.
Commercial & Industrial
B2B contracts with a compliance clock. The report is as much the product as the work itself.
Specialty & Restoration
Craft work priced per piece or per wall. The before-and-after is the entire marketing engine.
Technical & Installation
Licensed, permitted, inspected. A site assessment gates the quote and the quote gates the install.
Emerging & Frontier
Markets forming right now. The operator who owns the operating system owns the category.
